Refund Policy

All returns and refunds must be arranged with us prior to sending any items back. Please contact us via telephone or email and include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • A brief note explaining the reason for the return.

EGR Blanking Plates

Please ensure the correct fitment of the part before installation or use.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, un-fitted, and not run on a vehicle.
  • Refunds apply to the item price only. Original postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Once fitted, installed, or used, EGR blanking plates are not eligible for a refund.

ECU Flashers

    ECU Flashers are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee from the date the modified file is sent to you.

    Before returning the unit:

    • The original (OEM) file must be reinstalled onto the bike.
    • All original components supplied must be returned, including:
      • Box
      • Cardboard shroud
      • Flasher unit
      • Information leaflet
      • Diagnostic wire
      • USB lead

    Missing items may result in the refund being reduced or refused.

    As shown in the image below, missing components may result in the refund being reduced or refused.

    If the modified file remains installed or retained on the vehicle when the product is returned, any refund entitlement will be void.

    By purchasing ECU tuning services or tuning-related products, the customer accepts that modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, emissions compliance, insurance policies, and road legality depending on local regulations.

    Exhaust Systems

    Please ensure the exhaust system is correct for your motorcycle before installation.

    • Exhaust systems may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are:
      • Unused
      • Unfitted
      • In original packaging
      • In resalable condition

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Exhaust systems that have been fitted or installed
    • Exhausts showing signs of use, heat cycling, soot, scratches, or fitting marks

    Due to the nature of exhaust components, any signs of installation may result in the return being refused or subject to a deduction.

    Dyno Remaps

    For motorcycles tuned on the dyno, the bike must be returned to us so the original file can be reinstalled before any refund is issued.

    ECU Postal Remaps

    If you have sent your ECU to us for a postal remap, the ECU must be returned to us so the original file can be restored before a refund can be processed.

    Return postage to us is the responsibility of the customer.

    Dyno Deposits

    Dyno deposits are refundable with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the booking date.

    Please contact us as soon as possible if your cancellation is urgent.

    Return Conditions

    All returned items must:

    • Be unused and in resalable condition
    • Be undamaged
    • Include all original packaging and supplied components

    All returns are inspected upon arrival before refunds are approved.

    Postage & Liability

    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
    • Customers are responsible for arranging and providing their own return shipping label unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
    • We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
    • Customers may be asked to provide tracking information for returned items.
    • BHP UK cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
    • Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender may be subject to carriage and restocking charges.
    • Any costs incurred due to refused deliveries or returned parcels may be deducted from the refund amount.

    International Orders

    International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees required by their country.

    When returning goods from outside the UK, parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on all customs declarations. Failure to correctly declare returned goods may result in import duties, taxes, or handling fees being charged to BHP UK upon receipt.

    Any such charges will be deducted from the refund amount or the parcel may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

    If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failed delivery attempts, any shipping costs, return charges, customs fees, or courier charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.

    BHP UK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international courier delays, or import procedures outside of our control.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with the laws and regulations of their country.

    Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

    If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, BHP UK must be notified within 5 working days of delivery via telephone or email.

    Any transit damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    Incorrectly supplied items will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at BHP UK’s discretion.

    Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

    BHP UK cannot be held responsible for parts ordered incorrectly due to customer diagnosis or information supplied by the customer.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

    Please allow up to 3-10 working days for funds to appear in your account after the refund has been issued.

    Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback being raised, BHP UK reserves the right to provide all relevant order, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider.

    We strongly encourage customers to contact us first so that any issue can be resolved quickly and fairly before raising a dispute.

    Any chargeback found to be fraudulent or invalid (for example where goods have been delivered as described) will be disputed with supporting evidence.

    Labour Costs

    BHP UK accepts no responsibility for labour charges or associated costs incurred during the fitting, removal, or replacement of any parts supplied, whether fitted correctly or incorrectly.

    Restocking Fee

    Correctly supplied items returned for refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
