A huge amount of time was spent on the development of our exhaust system for the Honda CB1000 Hornet. We bought our development bike as soon as they became available and set about data logging both on our dyno and on the road. Hundreds of hours were spend testing the standard bike and every modification we made. We tried and tested several prototype systems before settling on the final design. Theories of what will work are all well and good, but dyno results and road testing speak for themselves.

The exhaust was designed to maximise the volumetric efficiency of the engine and as with all our exhaust systems it was designed hand in hand with the ECU remapping. Ensuring the software and the hardware are working together harmoniously to create synergy.

Our systems are manufactured in the UK from T304 stainless steel ensuring longevity and light weight.

With our exhaust system and our purpose developed remap you can expect:

- A gain of approx. 12bhp at max output.

- Flat spot elimination

- Weight reduction of 40% over the standard system.

- A deep homogeneous rumble.

- Improved throttle response.

EGR Blanking Plates: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (typically arrives in 3–5 working days).

Exhaust Systems: Shipping times will vary. Once your Exhasut is ready it will be dispatched either by via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1:00 PM next working day). For current lead times, please contact us.

ECU Flashers:
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day via UPS.

EGR Blanking Plates:
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day using the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

Exhaust Systems:
Shipping times vary due to our quality control process. Once quality checks are complete, your order will be packed and scheduled for collection the next working day. For international deliveries, this process may take 1–3 weeks. Please contact us for up-to-date lead times.
