Hypermotard 950 Exhaust System
We believe we have developed the ultimate exhaust system for the Ducati Hypermotard 950. We were the first company worldwide to bring an ECU remapping program for the Hyper 950, we were remapping the 950 whilst the competition was scratching its head wondering how we even managed to read the Continental M3C and M4C ECUs. We have literally spent hundreds of hours dyno testing and data logging Hypermotard 950s.
We set out to design a no compromise exhaust system. Our map writers and hardware designers worked hand in hand to achieve this goal. We used all our dyno data, logged data and experience to develop this exhaust system, and the ECU remap that goes with it.
The end cans give a deep rumble that compliments this bike and allows you to keep the factory catalytic convertor. The carbon end cans are approximately 50% lighter than the stock cans.
The full de-catted race system is the ultimate exhaust for the Hyper. It comprises a full set of equalised length downpipes not just a pair of cat-delete pipes. The equalised downpipes eliminate the “pot-pot” Harley Davidson like sound associated with other decat link pipes. The downpipe from the rear cylinder utilises the space in the swing arm leaving the outside of the single sided swingarm exposed cleaning up the lines of the bike.
With the race system and our purpose developed remap you can expect:
· A gain of approx. 6bhp at max output.
· The flat spot at 4500 RPM is completely eliminated. We typically see a gain of 12bhp at 4500 RPM
· A deep homogeneous rumble.
· A weight saving of approximately 25% over the stock system.
· Improved throttle response.
· Smoother power delivery.
