We believe that we have produced the ultimate exhaust system for the  889cc CP3 engined Yamaha XSR and MT09 (Model year 2021 onwards). Anyone that has ridden these bikes knows how fantastic they are, but they leave the factory muted and restricted by Euro 5 emissions regulations.  To unleash the true potential of these bikes they desperately need liberating from the imposed restrictions. 

A huge amount of time was spent on the development of this exhaust system.  We spend many hours in the dyno cell data logging and perfecting our ECU remapping strategy before embarking on designing the exhaust.  Our map writers and hardware designers worked hand in hand to achieve this goal.  We used all our dyno data, logged data and experience to develop this exhaust system, and the ECU remap that goes with it.

With the decat system and our purpose developed remap you can expect:
•    120bhp at the rear wheel. A gain of approximately 11bhp    
•    An exhaust note that compliments the bike perfectly.
•    No exhaust drone anywhere in the rev range.
•    A weight saving of approximately 2.6kg over the stock system.
•    Improved throttle response and faster engine spool up.
•    Smoother power delivery.

UK Orders

Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT are dispatched the next working day.

UK Shipping Methods:

ECU Flashers: Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1:00 PM next working day).

EGR Blanking Plates: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (typically arrives in 3–5 working days).

Exhaust Systems: Shipping times will vary. Once your Exhasut is ready it will be dispatched either by via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1:00 PM next working day). For current lead times, please contact us.

International Orders

We use an express courier to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Shipping times vary based on your location, so feel free to contact us for an estimated timeframe.

ECU Flashers:
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day via UPS.

EGR Blanking Plates:
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day using the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

Exhaust Systems:
Shipping times vary due to our quality control process. Once quality checks are complete, your order will be packed and scheduled for collection the next working day. For international deliveries, this process may take 1–3 weeks. Please contact us for up-to-date lead times.

International shipments may incur local customs duties or import taxes. You will receive an email or text notification to complete any required payments before your order is delivered.
